Service Description

The Meet & Greet is designed to build a foundation of trust and understanding between us and your beloved pet. The reality is, we want to ensure your dog approves and that everyone involved—your pet(s), you, me, and, if boarding, Benelli—feels comfortable with each other. You wouldn’t leave your children with a stranger you didn’t trust or like, and the same principle applies to pet care services! We believe this personalized approach creates a more comfortable experience for your pet and provides you with greater peace of mind. The Meet & Greet is complimentary and typically takes 30–45 minutes. Purpose of the Meet & Greet: • Get to know your pet's unique personality and needs • Discuss your boarding dates, details, and answer any questions • Address any concerns or special care instructions • Determine if our services are the right fit for your furry family member Importance of the Meet & Greet for Different Services: BOARDING If you’re planning to board your doggo with us, a Meet & Greet is incredibly important. I’ve noticed a big difference between when a dog returns for their second visit versus being dropped off for the first time. After a Meet & Greet, the second visit feels like a happy, familiar place where they remember going home with Mom and/or Dad. Without a Meet & Greet, however, I’ve seen dogs experience a bit more separation anxiety or take longer to adjust to the new surroundings. EVENT If you’re booking for an event, it’s important to establish comfort and familiarity between your pet and me. Some of the dogs I board form bonds with Nash, Benelli, or other members of The Pack—and sometimes even with my mom! Building trust and ensuring your pet feels comfortable with me is essential to making sure your event goes as smoothly as possible. HOUSE PET SITTING It’s equally important for you to feel comfortable with me staying in your home as it is for me to feel comfortable with your home and pets. I will not accept any new house-sitting clients without a proper Meet & Greet. This process ensures that every service is tailored for your pet’s happiness and your peace of mind!
